Blind date with a book: read an opening with no cover, title or author

Bookshops do this with books wrapped in brown paper and a few words on the front. Here's the online version: https://bervet.com/blind-date
You get the opening pages of an indie book (about four pages) with no cover, no title and no author name. Just the words, so the only thing deciding whether you keep going is the writing.
- Pick a genre, or any.
- Tick tropes you're in the mood for, and leave out books with content you'd rather not read (from the authors' own content notes).
- Read. When you're ready, press "Reveal the book" to see what it was, then keep reading the first chapter or look at the book.
- Not for you? Ask for another. You won't get the same book twice until you've seen every one that matches.
Every book in it is one an author has listed here with a free first chapter. No account needed.
