I'm deliberately not summarising the terms here. Forum posts don't get updated when details change, and this is the kind of thing where an out-of-date summary does real harm.

One piece of advice that doesn't depend on the details: get your information from the official settlement notices and from people like Writer Beware who've tracked the case closely. Not from a Facebook group, and definitely not from anyone who contacts you out of the blue offering to help.
