Print royalty calculator
Pick where you're selling and enter your book's size, paper and page count. Then either enter a list price and see what each platform pays you per copy, or enter what you want to earn and see the list price each one needs. Every figure is in that marketplace's own currency, from the platform's own published price list.
A negative figure means that sale loses money at this price. Earnings are before your own income tax.
The ≈ figures use the European Central Bank's reference rates for . They're a guide only: platforms pay you in the marketplace's currency, or convert at their own rate on the day they pay, so what reaches your bank will differ a little.
Platforms set prices in other countries in different ways. Some use the price you enter for each marketplace and keep it fixed; some work it out from your US price, and may only redo that when you publish or change it, so it can drift from today's exchange rate. These figures use the list price for this marketplace, so enter the price readers there will actually see.
Prices and royalty rates change from time to time. Each card shows where its figures come from and when; check the platform's own calculator before you set a final price.
